Terms of Service for Photo Prompt

These Terms govern your use of the Photo Prompt Android application (com.appmaven.promptmaster), published by AppMaven. By installing or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

1. What the App Does

Photo Prompt is a catalogue of written prompt templates. You choose a template, fill in a few options, and copy the finished text. You then paste that text into a separate AI tool of your choice — such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Midjourney — together with your own photo.

The App does not generate or edit images. It produces words. The picture is made by whichever AI service you paste the prompt into, under that service’s own terms and pricing. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of those services.

2. Results Are Not Guaranteed

AI image tools are probabilistic. The same prompt can give different results on different days, on different tools, or with different source photos. The templates here are written against the published guidance of the major tools to give you the best chance of a good result, but no particular outcome can be promised.

3. Your Photos and Your Responsibility

You attach your photos inside the AI tool, not in this App. You are responsible for having the right to use any photo you provide, and for having the permission of anyone else who appears in it. Do not use these prompts to create images that impersonate someone, that present a fabricated scene as a real event, or that would mislead or harm another person.

4. Purchases

The App offers one-time, non-consumable purchases:

  • Remove ads — stops advertising in the App
  • Unlock all — opens every PRO template and removes ads

There is no subscription. All payments are handled by Google Play under Google Play’s Terms of Service; we never receive your payment details. Purchases are tied to your Google account and can be restored on a new device from the purchase screen.

Refunds are handled by Google Play according to its refund policy. If something did not work as described, write to us first — we would rather fix it.

5. Advertising

Unless you have bought an ad-free upgrade, the App displays ads supplied by Google AdMob. What that involves is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the App or its bundled content
  • resell or republish the prompt templates as your own product
  • use the App to produce content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or designed to deceive

The prompt templates and sample images in the App are the intellectual property of AppMaven. Images you create with an AI tool belong to you, subject to that tool’s terms.

7. Availability and Changes

The App is provided as it is. Templates may be added, changed or removed in future versions. We may stop distributing the App at any time; content already installed on your device will continue to work.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AppMaven is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the App or of any third-party AI service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.

10. Changes to These Terms

If these Terms change materially, the date above is updated and the change is noted in the App’s release notes.
