Privacy Policy for Square Race Simulator
Effective date and last updated: October 24, 2026
AppMaven Studio provides Square Race Simulator, also listed as Square Race, for Android (package com.appmaven.squarerace). This policy explains how the game and the services integrated into it handle data.
The game has no AppMaven sign-up or player account. Progress and custom maps are stored on your device. Advertising, purchases and optional gameplay analytics use online services and may transmit data off your device.
1. Information stored on your device
The game saves coins, unlocked maps, Premium entitlement, daily-reward status, settings and privacy choices locally. Maps created in the editor are saved as local files. The game does not provide a map-sharing or cloud-save service. Some progress and gameplay information is also included in optional analytics, as described below.
2. Advertising and mediation
The game uses Unity LevelPlay (ironSource), Unity Ads and the associated Ad Quality service to deliver and measure banner, interstitial and rewarded advertisements. These services may process IP-derived approximate location, advertising and installation identifiers, device and app details, diagnostic information, ad views and interactions, and purchase-related information described in their disclosures.
They use this information for advertising, measurement, app functionality, fraud prevention, security and compliance. Advertising providers may share information with advertising partners under their own policies. The game does not request precise GPS location, contacts, microphone or camera access for gameplay.
Turning off Personalized Ads sends your preference to the mediation SDK; advertisements and the data needed for their delivery, measurement and security can continue. This switch does not disable all SDK data collection. Premium removes banner and interstitial advertisements and unlocks all maps; optional rewarded advertisements remain available.
3. Optional gameplay analytics
When Analytics is allowed in the game, Unity Analytics receives events such as game starts, coin totals, rewards, map-unlock/shop interactions and purchases. Purchase events may include product ID, price, currency and entitlement state. Unity also processes technical information such as the game version, platform, IP-derived approximate location, installation/user identifiers and SDK diagnostics.
We use these events to understand gameplay, diagnose problems and improve the game. You can turn Analytics off in Settings → Privacy Settings. The game then stops its gameplay analytics collection. Stopping collection does not automatically delete information already received, and separate advertising or purchasing services may still process the data needed for their functions.
4. Purchases
Optional purchases are processed through Google Play Billing using Unity IAP. The game receives product, transaction and entitlement information to validate and restore purchases and grant Premium. AppMaven does not receive your payment-card number or banking credentials. Google handles payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. Purchase-related SDK diagnostics and permitted analytics may also be processed.
Unity IAP may also send purchase attempts, outcomes and transaction records together with installation/session identifiers, device and app details, country and diagnostic information to Unity for commerce functionality, reporting and fraud prevention. This purchasing-service processing is separate from the optional gameplay Analytics switch. The game does not offer a Unity Webshop, direct payment checkout or an AppMaven player login.
5. Privacy choices
In regions identified by the game as regulated, or when the region cannot be determined, a privacy choice is shown before advertising and gameplay analytics initialize. In other regions those features can initially be enabled. You can review or change the choices at any time in Settings → Privacy Settings. Region detection uses available device signals and can be imperfect.
You may also manage or delete your advertising ID through Android privacy settings. Advertising providers may offer additional controls in an advertisement's privacy information or through the privacy links below.
6. Retention and deletion
Local progress remains until it is reset or removed. Reset Progress affects game progress; it is not a request to erase provider-held information. Custom maps can be removed through My Maps. Clearing Android app storage removes local game data and settings; purchase entitlements may be restored through Google Play.
Unity states a default retention period of 13 months for personal data in Unity Analytics, unless a different period applies. Advertising, purchasing, fraud-prevention and legal records follow the relevant provider's retention practices.
For a privacy or deletion request, contact hacong86@gmail.com or use AppMaven's data-deletion request page, naming Square Race Simulator. We may need additional information to locate the relevant record because the game has no player account. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. For information processed independently by Unity or Google, use their privacy controls or contact routes below. A request to AppMaven does not itself erase every provider's records.
7. Security and service providers
Unity's data-safety disclosures state that the relevant SDK data is encrypted in transit. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable privacy arrangements.

8. Intended audience
The game is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information through the game, contact us so we can review the situation and the available deletion routes.
9. External links and support
Privacy links, advertisements and support links can open third-party websites or apps. Their own policies apply. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and a description of the issue. We use it to respond and handle the request.
