1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AppMaven Studio ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our applications on devices you own or control for your personal, non-commercial use.

You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Services.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

5.1 Payment

Some of our applications may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store or other authorized distribution platforms. Payment will be charged to your payment method through your platform account.

5.2 Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your platform account settings.

5.3 Refunds

Refund policies are governed by the platform (Google Play Store) through which you made the purchase. We do not control platform refund policies. For refund requests, please contact the respective platform's customer support.

6. Third-Party Advertising

Some of our free applications may display third-party advertisements. These ads are provided by advertising partners (such as Google AdMob) who may collect certain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of third-party advertisers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Services are free of viruses or harmful components
• Results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPMAVEN STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AppMaven Studio, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your license to use the Services will immediately cease, and you must uninstall all copies of our applications from your devices.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Services.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where AppMaven Studio operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AppMaven Studio regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
