General Questions

All our apps are available on the Google Play Store for Android devices. Visit our Apps page to browse our collection and click the "Get it on Google Play" button for the app you want to download. You can also search for "AppMaven" in the Play Store app on your device.

Yes! All our apps are free to download and use. Some apps may display ads to support development, and we offer optional in-app purchases for premium features. You can enjoy the core functionality of every app completely free.

Currently, our apps are only available for Android devices via Google Play. We're exploring iOS development for future releases. Follow us on our website or social media for updates on iOS availability.

Privacy & Data

Most of our apps collect minimal data. Generally, we collect:

  • Anonymous usage analytics (feature usage, crashes)
  • Device information (model, OS version) for compatibility
  • Advertising identifiers (for apps that display ads)

Specific data practices vary by app. Each app has a dedicated privacy policy accessible via its Google Play Store listing. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

You can request data deletion using our Data Deletion Request Form. We'll process your request within 30 days. For most apps, simply uninstalling the app will delete all locally stored data from your device.

No, we do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with trusted service providers necessary to operate our apps (like Google Analytics and AdMob), and only to the extent required. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Account & Purchases

In-app purchases are tied to your Google Play account. If you reinstall an app or install it on a new device:

  1. Open the app
  2. Sign in with the same Google account you used to make the purchase
  3. Your purchases should automatically restore

If purchases don't restore, look for a "Restore Purchases" button in the app's settings or contact us for assistance.

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Google Play, not directly by us. To request a refund:

  1. Visit Google Play Order History
  2. Find the purchase you want to refund
  3. Click "Request a refund" or "Report a problem"

Refunds are typically available within 48 hours of purchase. After that, contact Google Play Support or email us if you need assistance.

Subscriptions are managed through Google Play:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device
  2. Tap Menu (☰) → Subscriptions
  3. Select the subscription you want to cancel
  4. Tap "Cancel subscription"

You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Note: Uninstalling the app does NOT cancel your subscription.
