Terms of Service for Trap Tower

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Trap Tower (the "Game", package name com.traptower.game), published by AppMaven ("we", "us", "our") on Google Play.

By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility / Age

The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the Game, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Game (except where such restriction is prohibited by law);
• distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game or its content;
• remove or alter any proprietary notices;
• use cheats, bots, automation, or exploits to disrupt the Game;
• use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

3. Ads and Free-to-Play

The Game is free to download and play and is supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob:

• Interstitial ads may appear between levels.
• An optional rewarded ad may be offered to let you skip a difficult level. Watching it is always your choice.

Your use of ads is also subject to Google's policies. Data handling related to ads is described in our Privacy Policy.

There are currently no in-app purchases in the Game. If paid items are added in the future, additional terms will apply and will be disclosed in the Game and on the store listing.

4. Virtual Progress

Your level progress, unlocked levels, and statistics are stored locally on your device and have no monetary value. They may be lost if you clear the app's data, uninstall the Game, or change devices. We are not responsible for any loss of local progress.

5. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its code, level designs, artwork, characters, traps, sounds, text, and the "Trap Tower" name and logo, is owned by AppMaven or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

6. Updates and Changes to the Game

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any feature, including ads and levels) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you for any such change or discontinuation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Game at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppMaven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Game. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Game (which, for a free game, is zero).

9. Third-Party Services

The Game relies on third-party services, including Google Play and Google AdMob. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Termination

These Terms apply until terminated. Your license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the Game. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly, and material changes will be reflected on the store listing. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
